| President Muhammadu Buahri arrives Equitorial Guinea on Two day State Visit |
President Buhari arrived Malabo, Equitorial Guinea this
evening where he will be meeting with President Obiang Nguema Mbasogo to
discuss measures to protect the people and resources of the Niger Delta and
Gulf of Guinea.
The president was received at the Malabo International
Airport by H.E Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, Pres of Equatorial Guinea. On the
President's entourage are the Minister of State Foreign Affairs Hajia Khadija
Ibrahim, Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, Minister of Defence Monsur Dan
Ali and National Security Adviser Babagana Monguno.
President Buhari’s latest visit to Equatorial Guinea is
already generating concerns from some certain quarter of the country, Moreover
his latest trip has also stopped Vice President Yomi Osinbajo from travelling
to India because the Senate President Senator Bukola Saraki would be acting President if both the
President and Vice President are out of the country.
