WOMAN BEGS COURT TO DISSOLVE MARRAIGE DUE TO HUSBANDS MALTREATMENT

A middle aged woman has asked a customary court in Ibadan to dissolve her marriage to Rasheed Olanrewaju over his alleged habit of beating her each time he wants to have sexual intercourse with her.

She told the court that it has becomea ritual that he beats her before sex, adding that she currently have many scars on her body due to the series of torture.

in his defence Olanrewaju argued that his wife has become insolent and returned home anytime she liked. he went on to state that the last time he beat her Shakirat his wife bit his manhood and he couldn't bear it, adding that he stills loves his wife.

Masquerade234 gathered that the presiding judge Henry Agbaje however asked the couple to go explore reconciliation as he had observed that there was still love existing between them.
