Presidency says another set of Seven Governors would
be leaving Nigeria tonight for London to visit President Buhari.
Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to
the President Garba Shehu made the disclosure while addressing State House
Correspondents at the Presidential villa, Abuja.
Shehu revealed that the meeting between the
President and the governors will hold by 3pm on Wednesday.
The trip which is at the instance of the Governors Forum
has a governor from the six geopolitical zones on the trip while the chairman
Governors Forum and Governor of Zamfara State Abdulaziz Yari would lead the
delegation.
Others are Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State, Udom Emmanuel
Akwa Ibom, Kashim Shettima Borno, Abiola Ajimobi Oyo, Umar Ganduje Kano and
Samuel Ortom of Benue State.
Garba Shehu says the visit is a good will message
which is culturally right.
