Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has been
given a forty eight hours ultimatum to release the National Publicity Secretary
of the Peoples Democratic Party Olisa Metuh.

Democratic Party led by their leader and minority leader of the House of
Representative Honourable Leo Ogor stressed that the laws of the land
stipulates a given time an individual can be detained and if not charged to
court set free.
Ogor also told Masquerade234 that the anti graft agency
of been biased in its fight against corruption, adding that the fight is skwed
to run down PDP which is the main opposition party in the country presently.
He went on further to state that if Olisa Metuh is
found guilty in a competent court of law, he should be made to face the consequences
of his action, adding that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission cannot
be the prosecutor and the judge at the same time.
PDP National Publicity Secretary Olisa Metuh has
been in the EFCC custody since the 5th of January 2016 without
trial.
