Pa Fatai Olayiwola Olagunju, popularly known as Fatai Rolling
Dollar is dead. He died this morning at Marritol Hospital,
Surulere after a brief illness. He was 85 years old
One of his wives, Funmulayo Olagunju, confirmed his death. the music maestro has been battling a major ailment in the last few weeks and has been hospitalized since then before sucumming to the cold hand of death early today.
Fatai Rolling Dollar would be remembered for great songs like won kere si number wa and many more. May his gentle sould rest in peace.
