Against all odds and intense politicking, Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi has been reelected the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum. The victory to some political watchers signals the beginning of the end for President
Goodluck Jonathan and his foot soldiers as they battle for soul of 2015.
Masquerade234 gathered that Plateau State governor Jonah Jang was later selected to contest the incumbent and he was beaten by 19 vote to 16. In spite of all the politicking and antics by the Presidents men and the PDP national chairman, Bamanga Tukur, failed.
They changed different candidates all in a bid to create confusion and
ensure Governor Rotimi Amaechi does not remain the Chairman of the body
which is giving Jonathan serious headache
Masquerade234 would keep you posted as all the intrigues play out, but one thing for sure is that all parties would go back to the trenches and restrategize.
