President Jonathan says governments examining of Ministries, Department and Agencies through the performance contract is not to witch hunt anybody. Jonathan stated this during the launch of the scheme in Abuja.

According to President Jonathan the performance contact signed by each Minster of the federal republic of Nigeria is part of the process aimed at ensuring that his administration delivers on its mandate to Nigerian citizens.
