Police in Abuja have filed a criminal suit against Isaiah Okoye, the Chief Overseer of the Sabbath Church in Dape Village, Life Camp, Abuja, for alleged culpable homicide. The pastor tied two alleged  witch teenagers for three days during the the church deliverance.

The police also listed Ngozi Ogbonna, a member of the church, in the suit. The suit was filed before Justice Jude Okeke, a vacation judge in the Abuja High Court. Okeke has fixed September 19 for the arraignment of the suspects.

A copy of the charge sheet showed that the police filed a two-count charge on alleged criminal conspiracy and culpable homicide, an offence contrary to the Penal Code. The charges, filed by Inspector Tony Akerele, alleged that Mr. Okoye performed a “special” deliverance on two teenagers whom he claimed were witches in his church.

Masquerade234 gathered from the prosecutor that Isaiah Okoye used ropes to tie the victims for three days without food, and this led to the death of one of the victims.

Now the milion naira question is, what manner of deliverance is that? All in a bid to gather flocks to their churches, People now use the opium of the people which is religion to wind-hook them.
