In Nigeria mans inhumanity to man seems to be playing out all the
time with the gift of life becoming worthless every other day. Or how would explain
a situatuiion where a wife stabbed her husband on Monday because she heard he
has a son outside wedlock.
Masquertade234 gathered that Yewande Oyediran, was arrested on
Tuesday in connection with the death of her husband, Mr. Lowo. The husband
resided in France, but had been coming home regularly since he got married to
Yewande.
The news of a love child generated a heated debate and she
attacked him with a knife stabbing him on the shoulders on Monday night, and
the deceased husband went to the hospital for treatment where he was sedated.
Early hours of Tuesday the said wife slaughtered him while he was
sleeping locked the door and only after ensuring that he was dead, did she
alert the landlady of the house they stay in.
A family source, who is a brother to the deceased, said the husband was into property development and had come home in December 2015, to execute a job in Nigeria.
He told Masquerade234 that the family of the lady being a powerful family in Oyo State could buggle the caseand protect their daughter from the hands of the law.
As at the ti,e of filing this report the whereabout of Yewande Oyediran is still unknown.
