About 10 persons were killed in an early dawn raid by unknown army personnel behind the Legislators quarters in Apo Abuja. the operation was said to have taken place between midnight and 2am.
Eye witness told Masquerade234 that the deceased were sleeping in an uncompleted building at a highbrow area of Abuja. However some other resident believe their is a reason for the strike saying that in the last few days their has been an increase in security activities in that area.
Most resident are appealing to the government to beef up security ahead of the jumat service today, to ward off any protest since most of the deceased are Muslims.
