PRESIDENT JONATHAN DECLARES EMERGENCY RULE IN BORNU YOBE AND ADAMAWA STATE

Following the emergency meeting with the governors of Bornu and Yobe State over the state insecurity in that region, President Goodluck Jonathan has declared a state of emergency in Bornu, Yobe and Adamawa state.

In his address President Jonathan who spoke with so much courage and confidence emphasized that since the insurgents have attacked and killed security personnel, Jonathan said he will hunt them down, adding that the decision was taken after due consultation with various stakeholder in the country.

The President state that : "We will hunt them down, fish them out and bring them to justice. No matter what it takes, we will win this war against terror"

Masquerade234 gatherer that in the media has been awashed in last couple of days about declaring emergency rule or no emergency rule, but with today's declaration the issue has been put to rest and the Chief of defense staff has been ordered to take charge of the three State.
