Department of development control is at it again this time around pulling five hundred unit of houses at Minanuel Estate Goza Lugbe extension Airport Road. before now we hear of maintianing the master plan of the fct and then demolision was carried out to clear the city off shanties.

Masquerade234 investigation found that over three billion naira has been invested and all that investment gone down the drain due to the insensitivity of the Department of development control and its senseless demolition when over 70percent of FCT inhabitant can't boast of decent accommodation in Africa's fastest growing city.

Masquerade234 is wondering if this housing estate is now constituting a nuisance to the city's master plan that is only concievevd in the imagination of development control staff. Just imagine the colosal waste of resources all in the name of demolition.  God help Nigeria.
