Masquerade234 gathered that when the people resisted the bulldozers from developmewnt control, they left only for a battalion of mobile police officers to arrive some minutes later to cause mayhem and in the process shot sporadically into the air and a stray bullet stroke citizen Lucy a sells girl in her shop.
