Barely two weeks after fuel scarcity occasioned by marketers refusal to supply premium motor spirit to the federal capital territory, another phase of scarcity is creeping in again with motorist queuing up at the few outlet with the product to buy fuel.

Resident are still smarting out of the crippling effect of the last fuel scarcity and noew this.
