Flood in Eket

The rainy season is here again and most government agencies are warning people of impending flood disaster in 2013. however for the people of Eket in Akwa Ibom State they have started feeling the pains associated with rain in the changing world weather.

Masquerade234 gathered that it been raining in the federal capital territory all day, the rain was said to have started at about 10;00am and it affected so many social activities in the territory. Just as NIMET has warned people staying in low lands should urgently relocate and people should be attentive for the flood warning signal that has been installed in strategic location in the country.
