Recent gatherings by Masquerade234 shows that raping of teenage daughters by person they call father is on the increase in Lagos State, and one normally sick answer by culprits is that the devil pushed them to have carnal knowledge of their daughters.
The latest one being a 35-year old bus driver, Adewale Adeleke who was arrested by the police for defiling his two daughters. The little girls alleged that their father has been having sex with them for two years. The incident occurred in Ikotun, Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos, southwest Nigeria.
Adeleke was arrested and detained at the Ikotun Police Station over the act. His two daughters, who were in tears, confessed that their father had been sleeping with them since 2011 without the knowledge of their mother who separated from their father last year.
The girls are 13 and 10 years old. The eldest of them (name withheld) alleged that their father started sleeping with her when she was 11 years and her sibling when she was eight years old and that it was her father who deflowered her.
Our father sleeps with us frequently. The first time he slept with me, I saw blood coming out of my private part and he used singlet to clean me up,” she alleged. The two girls are now under police protection while their father will be arraigned at the Ejigbo Magistrate’s Court by the police.
Masquerade234 gathered that Adeleke allegedly admitted that he had been defiling his daughters since 2011 and that he should be forgiven. He was quoted as saying that the devil pushed him to have sex with them and that whenever he felt the urge for sex, he defiled his daughters.
Inspite of his confession am wondering who should be blamed for this, I think the mothers of the girl has a share of the blame, leaving her young daughter with their father after separation really spells danger in many fronts.
