Former Governor of Enugu State and founder Ebeano group Chimaroke Nnamani is dead. Earlier on today information had it that his health relapsed having undergone a heart surgery two months ago in the united state. All attempt to speak with him today proved impossible as his aide who picked the phone acknowledged that his health relapsed but that everything is under control.
The late Chimaroke Nnamani ruled as governor in Enugu State between 1999 and 2007, during his tenure he formed his political movement Ebeano group which swept across the lenght and breath of the state and most politicians got thier position on that platform.
Chimaroke Nnamani will also be remembered for his controversial quarrel with a Catholic Cleric Rev Father Mbaka.
