Former Acting Governor of Adamawa State Ahmadu Fintiri seems to hang on the balance following wedensday's Abuja Federal High Court ruling, which halted the state's governorship by-election.

Masquerade234 gathered that it speculated that Fintiri who was substantive speaker before he became acting governor, would preside over the session and assume his original position of speaker, but he did not show up at the session.

However media aide to Ahmadu Fintiri later in a press statement said the former acting governor has resumed a substantive speaker of the Adamawa State House of Assembly.
