Tourism development seems to taking a new dimension in Nigeria with the rate at which street carnivals are being organized by various state of the federation, in fact some people believe that due to this new development the federal government organized Abuja Carnival is gradually loosing its shine with state now concentrating in out doing one another.

Masquerade234 got some sight s of the Carnirivs Carnival and kudos to organisers for the beautiful costumes. After Carnirivs which is taking place in Rivers State, the next port of call will be the Calabar Carnival which is scheduled next week.
