Federal Government says Nigeria's 52 independence celebration will be low keyed. releasing the guideline to newsmen in Abuja, Minister of Interior Abba Moro say the low key celebration is in line with the transformation agenda of President Goodluck Jonathan and also save cost for the well been of the citizen.
